Charles Taze Russell never heard of, nor did he believe in, a religious organization by the name of Jehovah's Witnesses. Russell's teachings were not the same as the religion that Joseph Rutherford formed after Russell died.

No argument here. To quote Wikipedia, "A widespread schism in 1918 resulted in the formation of two groups, one known as Bible Students and the other as Jehovah's Witnesses both of whom trace their history back to his ministry."
